Any one who has followed my posts, or read Kissing the Black Dog, will be familiar with the concept of Feeling Good Now! The idea is to always find a feeling that is better than the one we have, anger is higher up the chain than depression. Happy is better than sad and on it goes.
This is not to deny or suppress the emotion, it is to simply identify where we are are energetically then move up the scale, step by step sometimes. Each step takes us to a better feeling place until we can move back to a more loving feeling.
We are a constant dance of thoughts, emotions and feelings. every society other than in the west understands the trilogy. It was removed from our sacred texts in the 4th century. Science is slowly beginning to understand what the other cultures still remember. Quantum Physics points, with every new discovery, back to the simple truth about the trilogy of our human experience.
Our inner world accepts the outer world.
The Hindu traditions talk about chakras, the seven energy centres in our bodies. The upper three are related to our thoughts, the bottom three relate to our emotions. It is the centre chakra, the heart that brings to the thoughts and the emotions into a coherence field, our feelings. On hearing this i am now much more aware of the true meaning of Feel Good Now!
Thoughts are important, but are not the key,.
Our emotions are guideposts.
It is the Heart based coherent field created by the marriage of the two in the heart that creates change in our physical world. Once thought to be woo hoo and out in fairy land ideas these concepts are backed up by hard cold facts driven science. Coherent heart based feelings generate electromagnetic fields five times more powerful than any of our thoughts or emotions. It is the heart where we bring together our thoughts and emotions and turn them to heart based feelings, centred in love.
This why some people succeed and other fail when using affirmations. We ever over think or over emote. It is when we marry to to in heartspace we create the feelings. By focussing on the feeling and acting as if it already exists our inner world begins to change our outer world.
As already stated this is scientific fact, what was know and understood by the mystics is now becoming clear to science.
Feel Good Now! is truly is a profound statement, so easy to say the words , yet to grasp it’s true meaning and begin to apply it in out own lives can bring about miracles.
Bringing ourselves back to heartspace, blending the thoughts with the emotions creates the feeling that we can use to change our lives. This simple message is woven through Kissing the Black Dog.
When we choose to feel bad, we create neuro-chemicals that are sent throughout the body and can over time add in our health being challenged. Choosing to feel good now, we can begin up upscale the neuro-chemical messengers and bring the body back to health. This can be a quick or slow process, usually governed on how effectively we can move to the state of Feeling Good Now!
We never stop learning and exploring, as time goes on if we choose to, we will gain a deeper and deeper understanding of the true meaning to Feel Good Now!
