Motivational Kinesiology is a wonderful tool for working with postural realignment and reducing pain. Manly times the two are links. Old injuries sometimes lead to postural changes via the proprioception system and become locked and held in place by muscle memory. Yes, muscles have a memory and any pain or injury can reduce our flexibility and muscle strength. Many people still limp or carry themselves as if they have an injury sometimes for years afterwards. I remember working with a family member who could not lift her arm up her back. One or two session and she had full movement.

At a lecture in Maleny years back a woman came in with there arm in a sling. She had recently had a car accident. She volunteered and after a few minutes she was moving freely and no longer needed the sling.

Magic, no. Motivational Kinesiology is an energy modality that draws on the understanding of frequency and vibrations and the realms of quantum physics. While many still labour under Descartes’ deception and are firmly entrenched in 17th Century physics, Motivational Kinesiology looks to 21st Century Quantum Physics to readdress energy imbalances in our body.

Everything is energy, is not a cheap jibe, it is an observable fact.

Sometimes corrections take time or do not hold, usually there is an underlying Unwillingness issue that needs to be addressed. Once cleared the body will re-regulate and heal itself. This is a key point, the human body heals itself once the out of balance frequencies are addressed.

A woman approached me  several months ago and happily shared that the sciatic problem we had worked on 15 years ago had never returned.

Another gentleman sat up on my table and was disappointed the pain had not reduced. He rang the next day delighted. It took 4 hours after the session for all the pain to leave.

Motivational Kinesiology training is designed to offer several pain corrections starting in Level One. Level Four teaches 16 muscles in contraction and extension which unlock hidden stressors safely locked away in the muscle tissue. Once corrected is it common for people to notice postural changes. One girl in a demonstration had a noticeable change. When she came up she was slightly stooped and her eyes were lower than mine. As she stood after the correction she was eye ball to eyeball with me. I saw her 3 weeks later and she was still standing tall.

Changing posture changes attitudes

Addressing postural issues can help break addictive emotional mental states and also free us of old negative programming. A woman was having a back trouble, addressing her pain with the 16 muscles in contraction and extension she was able to stand straight with her shoulders back. This brought to her surface and old school time  pain of being teased and bullied because of her breast size, We were soon able to clear this issue and she walked put a happier woman. This is not uncommon and explains why some women walk around with rolled shoulders.

Hip problems and pelvic issues can relate to gender issues, sexual abuse (sexual abuse can be physical, mental, emotional or spiritual. One is no less than the other) along with integration issues. Correcting posture or  a pain issue and following it with an integrated movement exercise can lock in the changes and realign both brains.
