When i wrote Kissing the Black Dog i had no idea the confusion it would cause my rational logical brain. The deeper i dug the less evidence that seemed to exist to support the hypothesis (a careful designed and controlled experiment) or in other words a calculated guess.

There wis pretty of research showing that mental illness originates in the body. Lack of quality drinking water, an unbalanced digestive system, acid pH and low oxygen. Each time i looked at the hypothesis  and tracked back the condition, it seems to end up in the same place – an imbalance in the human body systems.

Drinking quality wage rim proved  brain function. why because the brain is part of the body.

To much acid messes our body chemistry which affects the brain via the body.

Low oxygen starves all the cells, including the brain.

Follow the trail all the way and it comes back to these three factors. They are the base for all life, pure and simple.
