As children our lives were filled with dreams, creative, imaginative concepts of how and what we would love to be, do and have. Super heroes, Warriors, visionaries, inventors, the list was endless.

At some point the weight of opposition from those who have traded their goals and dreams for the illusion of safety and security blocks us from staying focused on what excites us. Slash by slash the whips of failure bite into our soul and finally we submit to the fears and limitations of those to whom we submit our power and dreams.

Reading and listening to inspiring mentors and people we admire is a powerful way to begin to rewrite our heart and brain to open to the the concept of the power of dreams. Studying people who have what we want and have been where we are begins the process of change. Thinking, acting and feeling what we want helps to change our vibration.

Creating a vision board, writing one’s goals, visualising having it now all contribute to helping to reactivate our ability to dream and aspire us to our higher dreams. Ahving a Motivational Kinesiology session or similar is a step in the right direction.

A simple yet powerful tool is each and everyday spend time saying to ourselves What Do I Want? It can be as small as a cup of water,  tea or coffee.the more this game is played the bigger the vision becomes, the more people, events and situations aline creating the opportunity to fulfil our deepest desires. It is a tragedy most people exist this planet with their dreams unmet. All that unrealised potential goes to waste.

The hardest question most clients struggle with is What do you want? Time after time, sometimes several sessions later the truth begins to emerge, sometimes extracted one thread at a time. Reactivating the ability to dream can be painstaking, yet once the process begins to work, changes in people’s lives are at times, profound. At times it is simply admitting to what we want that opens the floodgates.

At times the only way to unlock our true inner most desires to to seek assistance from a practitioner. Having someone who will not let us deviate from achieving our best makes a huge difference is the key.

Buy a book and start writing, create that vision board or vision box. Affirm hourly you can Be, Do and Have whatever it is you desire. Daydream about it, study up on it. Act as if you already have it. Be in the feeling space of having it now.

Fake it till you make it, sounds corny, yet is one of the most powerful tools for creating our dreams and aspirations. The subconscious is oblivious to the situation, it simply responds to what we are feeding in. Feed in strong, positive assertive responses and it will begin to apply as if the universe is conspiring with us to bring our dream into reality.

When your attitude is right the facts do not count. Facts in most cases are other people’s opinions. Keep focussed, maintain an healthy positive attitude and success is more likely to occur.

What We Think About We Bring About is true, what is more powerful is What We Feel About We Bring About. When we align our feeling of having it now with our thoughts of having it we can fully realise our potential.

So dream, create, imagine, visualise being the most amazing person you can be.
