Teaching a Level One Motivational Kinesiology course i had a registered EEN (Nurse) in attendance. As we did the oxygenation correction she measured the oxygen levels, before, immediately after and ten minutes later

My readings were;

Before

  • Oxygen 96
  • Pulse 80

Immediately after correction

  • Oxygen 99
  • Pulse 88

Ten Minutes Later

  • Oxygen 99
  • Pulse 75

One participant had a starting oxygen level of 88 and pulse of 69. After the correction the oxygen came up to 99 and pulse 63. In hospitals an oxygen level of 88  would indicate may lead to the patient  being placed on oxygen.

We were also able to observe the effects of anger on the pulse and oxygen levels.

We continued to test during the day and all the oxygen levels held. Sometimes it is the simple things that work the best. I talk about the importance of oxygen in Kissing the Black Dog

The next MK One is the 20th June at Glasshouse Mountains Neighbourhood Centre, Ryan St Glasshouse Mountains.
