When life gets tough it serves no real value to let it get on top of you. Use the downtimes to do a life review.
What do you need to change?
What could you be doing better to feel good now?
Life has a habit of working out for the best, it does help if we have a vision or goal for adding value to other people’s lives.
If life is tough and all you can see is the negative, it might be time to shift focus and look for ways to add value in other people’s lives.
Do something nice for someone else and that may be a simple as smiling more.
