Empowerment is the Solution to Bullying and Harassment.

When we apply the Law of Opposites to human behaviour would the situation look different, a predator needs prey, and in nature the prey needs a predator to balance the numbers. Prey tend to produce more offspring (in the animal world) and predators help to keep the balance. A bully can only exist where they have a victim or prey. […]

Alkalinity and pH

There is much confusion around pH, alkaline and alkalising.

ph is the abbreviation for “pondus Hydrogenium”.  Normally it is referred to as “Potential of Hydrogen”. This literally means the weight of hydrogen as is an indication of the acid levels in a substance.

The pH of water for example may be 9.5 and the alkalinity may be Low, Moderate or High.

The brain is part of the body, it is the body that learns/remembers.

Every cell and every organism within our body has a brain.

Microbes […]

Breathing – overlooked aspect of health

Because we do it without much consideration we tend to under estimate the importance of breathing until we have problems in that area.

We tend to think about the absorption of oxygen when breathing and not really pay much attention to carbon dioxide. It is not well known to many that long slow breaths, about 8-10 per minute is an important […]
