So many of us, in so many forms live our lives chasing the illusive adrenaline rush. We stubble from one fix to the next, always in the pursuit of the new desperate fix.

What would happen if tomorrow we stopped chasing the outer hits, the next big rush and turned inward and realised the life we are living is the adventure, the purpose and the game we came to play.?

What would happen if we realised our very life is the greatest game in town, our joy, happiness and pursuit of excellence is the life we came to live?

What if there was nothing outside of us any more important than living to our core values?

What a contradiction our lives can appear.

  • We pursue love from others, yet do not love ourselves.
  • We do drugs (food, alcohol, illegal and legal substances) while within us is the most powerful pharmaceutical production system on earth.
  • We attend events, concerts, sports events to stimulate ourselves when within us is a connection to everything that exists.
  • We spend money to buy things we do not need to fill the void we think is within us.

We continue to focus our attention outside ourselves in the pursuit of what lives within.

So many of us desperately search for what we fear is missing outside of ourselves. We become anxious, depressed or make ourselves sick in the pursuit of happiness that we have never lost.  It is has always been within, always.

Yes we have learned this behaviour from the insanity we call society. We have the power to stop playing insane, take a deep breath and one by one challenge the beliefs we hold so strongly to. It is like the little creek beetle that like it’s ancestors, clings to the safety of the rocks, fearing being washed away by the current. What would happen if it let go and went with the current to explore the world beyond its little rock. Esther and Jerry Hicks with the Abraham material talk about going with the flow of the stream as opposed to paddling your canoe upstream.  Life is downstream, not going back to where we came from.

People are beginning to wake up to the game we are playing where everything is the opposite to what is real. Go within, find our own inner explorer and the treasure map we have buried deep in the shadow our our own magnificent selves and then set out on the adventure of our lifetime.

We can BE, Do and Have whatever is on our own treasure map when we have the courage to let go of the rock and go with the flow. Whether we prosper or fail is not the issue, it is setting out to fulfil our adventure which in it’s own way adds to the tapestry of life.

You are here to make a difference, do not leave with it unexpressed.
