The road to recovery, the journey back to health can be long and arduous.

Physical, mental, emotional and spiritual stress in its many flavours, is a road with many pitfalls and chances to turn back when the climb feels too steep.

Sometimes it is simply a matter of one foot after the other towards our desired goals or outcomes. To heal the body and clear the mind makes more sense than tackling the more fearsome physical, emotional, mental and spiritual challenges that are to come

Rebuild our body, brighten the brain, open our hearts and then the rest, will fall into place.

As i was writing this book, many people gave their considered advice that all our mental issues are in our head and we caused it. While there is a level of truth to the advice, i know very few people who would be strong enough to deal with those words.

I believe that working first with the tangible, physical side of depression, anxiety and their cohorts, it will, in time become easier to take that important next step and take the journey through the tangible to the intangible, the adventure from Headspace to Heartspace.

This afternoon the book goes to the printers. We are doing an advance run before the full print is undertaken. Will be happy to finally put this part of the process to bed.
