Laughing can change even the darkest mood. It is not always easy and sometimes we need a prompt. A friend of mine has great skit on their phone – Duffy Duck on Drugs. Every-time I hear it i cannot stop laughing, it seems so funny. I can be deep in thought or over concerned about an issue and as soon as i hear it, I’m laughing.

Laughing can be thought of as exercise for your organs. A good belly laugh does wonders for internal tension.

Next time you get caught up in worry, stress or tension – laugh. It is amazing how when one person laughs others join in.

Norman Cousins was right when he talked about humour being good medicine.
