Attitudes begin with a thought,as we continue to think that thought our behaviour begins to change. Eventually we end up with a habit, wither positive or negative. as we think positive thoughts our immune system begins to heal and strengthen. Our behaviour changes to being more interested in what is happening around us. We may become more engaged with life. In general we become more healthy in all aspects of our lives.
When our thoughts are negative the opposite spiral begins. We focus on the negative in our lives and those around us, we become insulator. Depressed and anxious people tend to be self absorbed and do not interact in healthy ways. Their fixation on fears limits where ability to see the beauty and love that surrounds them. It is not unusual for these people to have closed off their hearts due to an unpleasant experience.
When we focus on being more loving and always looking for the good in others and our world , our energy begins to rise. We are more able to positively impact on other people’s lives. Our own health improves or our ability to deal with a health crisis is easier to manage.
It is well known that our thoughts and attitudes are a choice. A positive person recognises this and usually chooses to feel good all the time. Even when things are going seemingly bad, they look for the positive. They choose to focus on a feeling that will help them rebalance and refocus on feeling the best they can.
