Many people when confronted with poor health are unsure what to do or where to start. They listen to all the advice from the all sides of the health divide.
Some points are fairly common and are practical steps one can take.
Drink more water and make it a healthy “living” water. Tap water is loaded with so many toxic chemicals these days it can be a risky business drinking from the tap. A water that has passed through a vortex device reinvigorates the water and try to find one with a pH of 8-9.
Breath. Sounds simple enough but no enough of us take the time to tune in and be aware of how we are breathing. We need to fill our lungs, top and bottom to help improve the uptake of oxygen and the release of toxins on the out breath. Many people have stress around breathing and sometimes it goes unnoticed.
Eat and drink foods or water which are slightly alkaline. Acid damages the body, reduces oxygen carrying capacity in the blood and messes up our chemistry. Some recommend more fruit and veggies and less heavy meats.
Exercise, preferably outdoors when the sun is lower in the sky and if possible with no shoes. Walk on the beach, stand on some grassy patch. Light consistent exercise in sunshine connected to the earth is good for balancing the body.
Attitude – the key here is developing an attitude of gratitude and focussing on the positive in our lives. If their is negativity look on it as a lesson in what you do not want and turn it to your advantage.
The above is a good place to start improving the quality of your life.
